CANCELLATION/MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY

Cancellations AND appointment changes are to be made through the online booking portal available 24/7. Unless special arrangements have been made prior, the clinic does not conduct bookings via email, text or phone.

Appointments cancelled on short notice negatively impact both patient care and clinic efficiency. After researching other chiropractor and acupuncture office policies for missed appointments and late cancellations, by comparison, our policy is very fair.

  • Regular 20-minute appointments cancelled with less than 4 hours notice will be charged the FULL FEE for the missed appointment.

  • New patient appointments missed will be charged a $70 no-show fee to be paid before re-booking.

  • 30-minute and 1-hour consultations require 24 hours notice for cancellation, or will be charged the FULL FEE for the missed appointment.

To further assist new patients, we offer FREE automated appointment email/text reminders. Booking confirmations are issued at the time of booking to the email on file. Email reminders are sent 1 day before. Text reminders are sent out 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. 

 

Please ensure your patient profile online has your up-to-date cell phone number, email address, and credit card number. Remember to ensure emails from the clinic are not going to your spam folder, as this is where invoices for services will be sent for tax purposes. You can update your information anytime through the online booking portal available 24/7.

Missed appointments are not eligible for reimbursement from insurance providers.
