CANCELLATION/MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY
Cancellations are to be made through the online booking portal available 24/7.
Appointments canceled on short notice negatively impact both patient care and clinic efficiency. After researching other similar professional's office policies for such situations, by comparison, our policy is very fair.
Regular 20-minute appointments cancelled with less than 4 hours notice will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment.
New patient appointments missed will be charged a $70 no-show fee to be paid before re-booking.
30 minute and 1-hour consultations require 24 hours notice for cancellation or will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment.
To further assist new patients, we offer FREE automated appointment email/text reminders. Text reminders are sent out 2 hours prior to the booked appointment. Email reminders are sent 1 day before. A booking confirmation will be issued at the time of booking via email.
Please ensure your patient profile online has your up-to-date cell phone number, email address, and credit card number. Remember to ensure emails from the clinic are not going to your spam folder as this is where invoices for services will be sent for tax purposes. You can update your information anytime through the online booking portal available 24/7.
Missed appointments are not eligible for reimbursement from insurance providers.
